TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Establishing clear guidelines is an act of LOVE. It´s also a legal necessity, so please follow these rules for your Healing Evolution Sessions & Mentorship with Michael Thornhill.

Michael provides clear guidelines for clients wishing to work with him. The following Sessions & Mentorship Terms and Conditions of Purchase serve to prepare the Client for a positive experience during the Sessions & Mentorship.
1. Michael´s Responsibilities
Michael will do his utmost to provide Sessions & Mentorship respect, trauma-informed care, and diligence in accordance with the professional standards appropriate for the nature and scope of the Sessions & Mentorship. In so doing, Michael:
Commits to being ready and on time for every session.If Michael needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to an unforeseen reason or emergency, she will contact the Client via email at her earliest opportunity to do so.
Ensures that all sessions are private and confidential.
Will provide each session online via Zoom video-call or in-person at Casa Galactica in Peru as scheduled on the booking page.
Will audio record every session and provide the Client with a secured, confidential link to the audio recording via email within 48 hours after each session.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you acknowledge and agree to the following declarations, wherein “I” refers to “You”, the Client during the Sessions & Mentorship:
I will be ready, sober, and on time for every session.If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will do so at least 24 hours before the start time of my session.If I need to cancel or reschedule a session I will contact Michael via email, michael(at)casagalactica.com, at my earliest opportunity to do so.
I acknowledge that if I am late to a session, my session will still begin and end at the scheduled time. If I do not show up within 15-minutes of the scheduled start time it will become a non-refundable no show.
I acknowledge that if I do not show up for a session, and if I have not communicated my inability to show up at least 24 hours before the start time of my session, that my session will be considered a “no-show”, and I will need to reschedule the session at an additional cost.
I acknowledge that my sessions are provided via Zoom video-call, and that I will need to have a laptop, device, or cell phone to participate in my sessions.
3. Payment, Refunds, Scheduling, Rescheduling, & Cancellations
Please make sure that you’ve carefully read and understood the entirety of these Sessions & Mentorship Terms and Conditions of Purchase before purchasing a Session or Mentorship.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Michael requires full payment upfront before working with the you, the Client.
Should you, the Client, wish to cancel your Sessions or Mentorship, you will not receive a refund.
All sessions of any Multiple Session Mentorship shall be scheduled within a maximum of 12 months of the purchase date of the Mentorship.
The Client may reschedule a session at no additional cost if she/he/they do so at least 24 hours before the start time of the session. A reschedule link is provided in the confirmation e-mail that you will have received upon booking your Session or Mentorship.
Should a Client freely and voluntarily decide to stop the Sessions or Mentorship prematurely, for personal reasons or in the case of a family emergency, the Client will not receive any refund or reimbursement.
4. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
These Sessions & Mentorship Terms & Conditions of Purchase are effective as of the date stated at the top of these Sessions & Mentorship Terms & Conditions of Purchase. Michael may change these Sessions & Mentorship Terms & Conditions of Purchase from time to time, and he will notify all Clients of the changes via email when he does so.
