Establishing clear guidelines is an act of LOVE. It´s also a legal necessity, so please follow these rules for the 8-Day Ayahuasca Healing & Evolution Retreat.

When you, the participant (“Participant”), purchase this Ayahuasca Healing & Evolution Retreat (“Retreat”) provided by Casa Galactica S.A.C. (“Casa Galactica”) and held at the Casa Galactica Multidimensional Center for Healing & Evolution (“Center”), you are agreeing to the terms contained within Casa Galactica´s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase. In the event of any conflict between the terms of Casa Galactica´s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase, the Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase shall control.

Casa Galactica provides clear rules and guidelines for Participants on our Retreats. The following Retreat Terms and Conditions of Purchase are the result of the culmination of our professional and practical experience, and they serve to prepare the Participant for a positive and safe experience in ayahuasca ceremony and on our Retreat as a whole.

1. Description of Ayahuasca & the Serving of Ayahuasca in Ceremony

"Ayahuasca" is the common name given to the liquid concoction (brew), for oral use or ingestion, prepared from plants indigenous to the Amazon basin of South America, specifically the stem and bark of the jungle vine Ayahuasca (Banisteriopsis caapi) and the tryptamine-rich plant Chacruna (Psychotria viridis).

Casa Galactica's ayahuasca brew is a pure concoction of Ayahuasca (B. caapi) and Chacruna (P. viridis), which means there are no admixtures. This is the safest form of ayahuasca brew.

Your participation in any ayahuasca ceremony is entirely voluntary and you are free to opt out at any time before the start of the ceremony. At the start of each ayahuasca ceremony, Casa Galactica Co-founders and Ceremony Leaders, Michael and Jamie, will serve the ayahuasca brew to each Participant, and they will use their discretion to adjust the dose for each Participant. You are not obligated to drink all of the ayahuasca brew that is served to you. It is up to you to use your own discretion and discernment when deciding how much ayahuasca brew to drink.

The Ceremony Leaders, Michael and Jamie, may, at any time, decide to exclude you from participation in an ayahuasca ceremony or from drinking the ayahuasca brew for any perceived impairment in your physical or psychological health that puts you at risk for physical or psychological harm, or if you do not meet the requirements for participation in ayahuasca ceremony for any other reason.

As a Participant on our Retreat, you agree that you have read, understand, accept, and comply with Casa Galactica´s Medical Guidelines before drinking ayahuasca to ensure your own safety, as some pharmaceutical medications and medical conditions are contraindicated with ayahuasca.

A single ayahuasca ceremony can last anywhere between 3 to 5 hours. The altered state that one experiences when drinking ayahuasca brew (known as “mareacion”) can last anywhere between 6 to 12 hours. The state of mareacion is not linear, but rather it passes through various phases, some more pleasant, even euphoric, and others more difficult. Ayahuasca brew works to integrate unresolved aspects from the past that arise, typically from trauma, emotional loss, neglect, abuse, and general emotional and psychological difficulties. During and after an ayahuasca ceremony, it is not uncommon to experience emotional, psychological, and physical discomforts, which are typically symptoms of the healing process, as ayahuasca brew helps you to integrate issues from the past that have been trapped in your system.

The psychological effects of ayahuasca may include temporary changes in your perception of reality and way of thinking, visions (of abstract motifs or clearly identifiable images and scenarios), heightened negative and positive emotions, access to detailed memories that you had forgotten, paranormal phenomena, the emergence of fears or difficult emotions (some of which may be associated with blockages in the body causing physical pain and tension), introspection, and perinatal or transpersonal experiences (in which you may experience your own death and rebirth). Sometimes, especially if you have not drunk ayahuasca before, you may not notice any visionary effects. If that happens, it does not mean the ayahuasca is not having an effect on other levels.

On a physical level, you may experience nausea, vomiting, chills, tingling, ringing in the ears, dizziness, diarrhea, tremors, sweating, crying, running of the nose, ataxia, and, in rare cases, fainting.

The Co-founders and Ceremony Leaders, Michael and Jamie, are committed to ensuring your psychological, physical, and emotional safety, security, integrity, and privacy throughout the ayahuasca ceremony and for the duration of your mareacion. Psychological, physical, and emotional support will be provided before each ayahuasca ceremony, during the ceremonies themselves, and following the completion of each ayahuasca ceremony as needed.

2. Casa Galactica´s Responsibilities

Casa Galactica will do their utmost to provide all advertised elements of the Retreat with respect, care, and diligence in accordance with the professional standards appropriate for the nature and scope of the Retreat. In so doing, Casa Galactica:

Prioritizes the highest healing, safety, health, and well-being of all Participants within the remit of the Retreat, which means that every interaction, engagement, conversation, and healing session with Participants are entered into with kindness, compassion, love, privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Honors the unique expression of all Participants and deeply values its community of employees, apprentices, staff, and volunteers who participate in our Retreat.
Commits to creating an empowering working, learning, and healing environment where each Participant, employee, apprentice, staff member, and volunteer is welcomed, respected, and encouraged to utilize their own inner wisdom.
Commits to maintaining a clean and hygienic physical and energetic environment at the Center, with daily cleaning and disinfecting of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and public spaces.
Reserves the right to change the Retreat itinerary, to remove or add an activity to the itinerary, and to remove or add an additional medicinal plant treatment to the itinerary at its own discretion or based on what activities and medicinal plants are available at the time.
Does not discriminate, nor exclude Participants from its Retreats, on the basis of race, skin color, national or ethnic origin, cosmic origin, ancestry, age, religion or religious creed, disability or handicap, biological sex, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other discriminatory characteristic or reason.
Strictly prohibits, and has zero tolerance for, sexual harassment in any form. “Sexual harassment” is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment may include a range of subtle and not-so-subtle behaviors and may involve individuals of the same or different biological sex, gender identity and/or expression, or sexual orientation.
Strictly prohibits, and has zero tolerance for, all harassment in any form, for any reason. “Harassment” includes, but is not limited to, verbal, written, or physical conduct that denigrates or shows hostility, disdain, or aversion toward an individual, having the purpose or effect of: a) creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive healing environment, b) unreasonably interfering with an individual’s experience or healing process, or c) adversely affecting an individual’s healing.
Strictly prohibits, and has zero tolerance for, the possession and/or use of prescription medications, street drugs, entheogens that are not ayahuasca, and alcohol, at the Center on Retreat, that have not been approved by Casa Galactica prior to arrival on the Retreat.
Reserves the right to require the Participant take a drug test or breathalyzer test prior to or during the Retreat, without prior notice or reason.
Reserves the right to physically restrain the Participant if the Participant´s behavior presents a threat to the safety of themselves or others. Restraint will be conducted as gently as possible and with respect for the dignity of the Participant.
Reserves the right to expel any Participant from the Retreat who is: sexually harassing others; discriminatorily harassing others; in possession of, or using, prescription medications, street drugs, entheogens that are not ayahuasca, and/or alcohol that has not been pre-approved; refusing to comply with a drug test or breathalyzer test; behaving in an excessively negative or aggressive manner; accused of a crime or participating in criminal behavior; lying or neglecting to provide relevant information in the Health & Wellness Questionnaire; presenting a threat to the safety of themselves or others; or disrupting the group, other Participants, employees, apprentices, staff, volunteers without prior notice, without a refund, and with no provision for accommodation outside of the Center.

3. Participant Responsibilities

As a Participant, you acknowledge and agree to the following declarations, wherein “I” refers to “You”, the Participant in the Retreat:

I am aware that participation in a Retreat and ayahuasca ceremonies at Casa Galactica involves the use of Ayahuasca brew and various additional medicinal plant treatments, which are used for spiritual communion, self-development, and personal enrichment.
I understand that drinking the Ayahuasca brew and receiving additional medicinal plant treatments is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment, but that it may complement a therapeutic process and facilitate spiritual communion, self-development, and personal enrichment.
I understand that receiving and/or ingesting these plants may involve emotional, psychological, and physical reactions, and I agree to take part and abide by the Retreat Terms and Conditions of Purchase in this document and any other instructions by Casa Galactica, given orally or in writing.
I declare that I am freely and voluntarily choosing to participate in the Retreat, ayahuasca ceremonies, and additional medicinal plant treatments of my own free will and that I have not been coerced into participating in the Retreat, ayahuasca ceremonies, or additional medicinal plant treatments by Casa Galactica or by any other person. The decision to participate in the Retreat, ayahuasca ceremonies, and additional medicinal plant treatments is mine alone, is for spiritual communion, self-development, and personal enrichment, and is based on my own personal assessment of the effects, the exclusion criteria, the potential risks and benefits, the focus of the ayahuasca ceremonies, and the Co-founders and Ceremony Leaders at Casa Galactica, Michael and Jamie. I declare that neither Casa Galactica, nor any employee, apprentice, staff member, or volunteer of Casa Galactica’s has promised, stated, or warranted to me that the Retreat will provide any particular or specific benefits or results.
I understand and agree that my participation in the Retreat is specifically conditioned upon my unequivocal willingness to take full and complete personal responsibility for my own personal healing, safety, health, well-being, and personal life and lifestyle choices inspired by my participation in the Retreat.
Casa Galactica has comprehensively explained to me what to expect from the Retreat and how it is intended to proceed. I am aware that I can ask questions about the ayahuasca brew, the ayahuasca ceremonies, and the additional medicinal plant treatments at any time and that I can change my mind about participating at any time before the ayahuasca ceremonies or additional medicinal plant treatments begin.
I agree to answer all questions honestly during the screening process and at all times during the Retreat. I understand that I must honestly complete all medical questionnaires and respond to all follow up questions in order to participate in the Retreat. I agree to provide all relevant and accurate information regarding my medical history, mental health history, and physical health history, and any other information that may serve to protect my health during this Retreat. I understand that my answers will be kept in the strictest confidence.
I agree to notify Casa Galactica of any change in my medical circumstances, and I understand that withholding medical information from Casa Galactica could be dangerous to my health and could result in physical or psychological impairment and even death.
I understand that I must schedule and complete the Pre-Retreat Preparation Session in order to participate in the Retreat and drink ayahuasca brew during the Retreat.
I understand that I must sign and return my Participation Agreement & Waiver of Liability in order to participate in the Retreat and drink ayahuasca brew during the Retreat.
I accept full responsibility for participating in the Retreat, ayahuasca ceremonies, and additional medicinal plant treatments at Casa Galactica. I acknowledge and understand that due to the nature of the Retreat, by simply being a Participant in the Retreat, hidden or unconscious beliefs I hold or experiences I´ve had, either pleasant or unpleasant, may come to the attention of my conscious awareness expectedly or unexpectedly. Consequently, psychological or emotional processes and reactions, such as, but not limited to, feelings of vulnerability, confidence, insecurity, certainty, fear, fearlessness, pain, pleasure, confusion, clarity, anger, love, or any other psychological, energetic, or emotional result, may arise in my experience as a result of participating in the Retreat. As a Participant, I understand and agree that I am expected to recognize this when it occurs, and I promise to take full responsibility for whatever my experience of the Retreat may turn out to be.
I agree to respect myself, all other Participants, and all Casa Galactica employees, apprentices, staff members, and volunteers who are present on the Retreat.
I understand and agree that confidentiality within a group healing setting such as the Retreat is based on mutual trust, respect, and shared responsibility, and that it is of utmost value and benefit to the well-being and privacy rights of all involved. I understand and agree that all communication and conversations that transpire on the Retreat between Casa Galactica and the Participants or between two or more Participants is considered personal and confidential information. I agree to not disclose or share any of the aforementioned communications or conversations without expressed verbal or written permission from Casa Galactica and the other Participants to do so, and in any way that disrespects, dishonors, or specifically names or identifies any other Participant, with any person who is not a Participant on the Retreat.
I agree to not disclose or reveal to any person outside of the Retreat any information that may help to identify another Participant on the Retreat, without the expressed verbal or written permission from the Participant. This includes, but is not limited to: name, photograph or other likeness, social media contact information, or any other personal means of identification.
I understand and agree that the following behavior is unacceptable and prohibited by Casa Galactica for the duration of the Retreat: sexually harassing others; discriminatorily harassing others; possessing or using prescription medications, street drugs, entheogens that are not ayahuasca, and/or alcohol that has not been pre-approved; refusing to comply with a drug test or breathalyzer test; behaving in an excessively negative or aggressive manner; being accused of a crime or participating in criminal behavior; lying or neglecting to provide relevant information in the Health & Wellness Questionnaire; presenting a threat to the safety of myself or others; or disrupting the group, other Participants, and/or Casa Galactica´s employees, apprentices, staff, and volunteers. I understand that if I exhibit any of the aforementioned behaviors, I can be excluded from participation in a Retreat without prior notice, without a refund, and with no provision for accommodation outside of the Center.

I understand and agree that I can be excluded from participation in a Retreat, ayahuasca ceremony, and/or additional medicinal plant treatment at the discretion of the Co-founders and Ceremony Leaders of Casa Galactica, Michael and Jamie.
I declare that I am presently in good physical and mental health appropriate to the activities described in the Retreat, and I agree to participate at my own risk. I understand that if I have questions or concerns about my physical or mental health, I should consult with my doctor, psychiatrist, therapist, or other medical professional before signing up for the Retreat.
I understand that Casa Galactica and its employees, apprentices, staff, volunteers are not doctors or psychotherapists, and I will not interpret their words or guidance as being of the nature of, or replacing, professional medical or mental healthcare advice.
I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to obtain accurate health and medical advice as to the effect of ayahuasca brew and the additional plant medicine treatments provided on the Retreat, singly and in combination, with any medication I am currently taking or have taken within the past 6 months.
I understand and agree to adhere to the Retreat Healing Diet Guidelines for at least two weeks prior to the first ayahuasca ceremony of the Retreat and for at least two weeks following the last ayahuasca ceremony of the Retreat.

4. Acceptance on Retreat, Payment, Refunds, Rescheduling, & Cancellations

Please make sure that you’ve carefully read and understood the entirety of this Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase before purchasing a Retreat.

All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CASA GALACTICA REQUIRES THAT YOU, THE PARTICIPANT, PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER ANY COSTS OF MEDICAL CARE IF YOU SHOULD GET SICK OR INJURED, TO COVER COSTS OF ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATIONS SHOULD YOU NEED TO SELF-QUARANTINE, TO COVER YOUR FLIGHT COSTS SHOULD THERE BE AN INTERNATIONAL BORDER CLOSING, TO COVER YOUR RETREAT COSTS SHOULD THERE BE A CANCELLATION, TO COVER YOUR RETREAT COSTS SHOULD ANYTHING PREVENT YOU FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE RETREAT, TO COVER ANY OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE OR ACT OF GOD WHILE TRAVELING, AND TO COVER ANY AND ALL EVENTUALITIES. CASA GALACTICA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR DUE TO ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED REASONS, OR ANY OTHER EXPENSES RELATED TO THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR TRIP.

Casa Galactica requires a 50% deposit upfront to reserve the Participant´s spot on the Retreat. The final 50% remainder of the total cost of the Retreat is due a minimum of 12 weeks before the start of the Retreat, and the Participant will receive an invoice for this final payment via email. The Participant also has the option of paying the full cost of the Retreat at the time of online purchasing, if preferred.

Your ability to participate in the Retreat is subject to a comprehensive health & wellness screening process for your safety, and the safety of other Participants. During your mandatory, private Pre-Retreat Preparation Session, Casa Galactica´s Co-founders and Ceremony Leaders, Michael and/or Jamie, will be discussing your completed Retreat Health & Wellness Questionnaire with you and confirming if it is safe for you to drink the ayahuasca brew, and if you are therefore able to participate in the Retreat. If it is necessary to do so, you will also be provided with personalized preparation guidelines. Should Casa Galactica determine for any reason that you are not able to participate in the Retreat for health and safety reasons, you will receive a full refund within a maximum of 14 days.

ACCORDINGLY, PLEASE WAIT TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR PRE-RETREAT PREPARATION SESSION. CASA GALACTICA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES ON YOUR FLIGHT PURCHASES.

Should you, the Participant, wish to cancel your Retreat for any reason, you will not receive a refund.

The Participant may not reschedule a Retreat to another date.

Should a Participant freely and voluntarily decide to leave the Retreat prematurely, for personal reasons or in the case of a family emergency, Casa Galactica is not responsible to provide any refund or reimbursement to the Participant.

Casa Galactica reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a Retreat due to unforeseen emergencies, Acts of God, international travel border closings in Peru, for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the Participants or Casa Galactica´s employees, apprentices, staff, volunteers, or for any other reason.

5. No Warranties & Waiver of Liability

Casa Galactica is not a medical facility and no health care is practiced under its direction. Casa Galactica´s employees, apprentices, staff, and volunteers are not doctors, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, or health care professionals and do not practice health care of any form.

Casa Galactica´s Co-founders and Ceremony Leaders, Michael and Jamie, function as multi-dimensional channels, spiritual guides, and teachers. We provide the Retreat, ayahuasca ceremonies, and additional medicinal plant treatments for the purpose of spiritual communion, self-development, and personal enrichment of the Participant.

Casa Galactica is in compliance with Peruvian Law, Ley N° 28538, concerning the illegal practice of medicine:

Art. 290: Será reprimido con pena privativa de libertad no menor de un año ni mayor de cuatro años, el que simulando calidad de médico u otra profesión de las ciencias médicas, que sin tener título profesional, realiza cualquiera de las acciones siguientes:

Anuncia, emite diagnósticos, prescribe, administra o aplica cualquier medio supuestamente destinado al cuidado de la salud, aunque obre de modo gratuito.
Expide dictámenes o informes destinados a sustentar el diagnóstico, la prescripción o la administración a que se refiere el inciso.

In English:

Art. 290: Any person simulating a doctor or health care professional without a professional title will be punished with incarceration no less than one year and no more than four years for realizing any of the following actions:

Advice, diagnosis, prescription, or administering or applying any means destined as health care, even if it is offered without charge.
Offering tests or information designed to support the diagnosis, prescription, or administration in reference to number 1.

Casa Galactica is not responsible for the personal decision of any Participant to stop taking medication or change their medication schedule, and Casa Galactica accepts no liability for any adverse effects experienced by the Participant from withdrawal from any medication.

The Participant irrevocably and unconditionally waives, releases and holds harmless from financial or other liability Casa Galactica, its employees, apprentices, staff, volunteers, and other Participants from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from staying at Casa Galactica Center and participating in the Retreat, specifically, but not limited to, any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that the Participant may suffer and from any harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at the Center.

The Participant understands and agrees that attending the Retreat may involve voluntary participation in physical activities, both indoors and outdoors, and certain exposure to weather, wildlife, and walks, steps, paths, and roads that are sandy, rocky, grassy, gravelly, or uneven. With these, and all related activities, there is a certain element of risk. You, the Participant, hereby acknowledge that participation and use of facilities and grounds at the Center are at your own risk, and that you assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation. Casa Galactica is not liable for the bodily injury or property damage of any Participant that may occur during or after the Retreat. By participating in a Retreat at Casa Galactica and accepting these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase, the Participant expresses full understanding of, and responsibility for, the risks that may be encountered during the Retreat. The Participant absolves Casa Galactica and its employees, apprentices, staff, and volunteers of said responsibility.

Casa Galactica makes no warranties, express or implied, guarantees or conditions with respect to the Participant´s participation in, or experience of, the Retreat. The Participant expressly agrees and understands that your participation in the Retreat, ayahuasca ceremonies, and additional plant treatments is at your sole risk; that you will exercise caution and consideration of yourself and other Participants during the Retreat; and that you indemnify Casa Galactica against claims and loss.

Any legal action taken against Casa Galactica will only take place in Peru under Peruvian Law.

6. Restrictions

The Retreat is only available for Participants aged 18 years or older. If you are 18 years or older, but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review this Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase with your parent or legal guardian to make sure that you and your parent or legal guardian understand it and agree to it.

7. Covid-19 Policy

It is the responsibility of the Participant to stay abreast of the current status of, and any changes that may occur to, international travel allowances/requirements/restrictions due to Covid-19, within their home country and within Peru. You may visit the U.S. Embassy in Peru website (and your country's embassy,) to stay up-to-date on the current status of international travel to/from Peru.

If Casa Galactica is unable to provide the Retreat for any reason, Casa Galactica reserves the right to reschedule the Retreat to another date, and the Participant will be rescheduled to the new retreat date free of charge. Casa Galactica will strive to ensure, to the best of their ability, that the new retreat date is viable for all Participants.

When you, the Participant, arrive at Casa Galactica´s Center in Huaran in the Cusco Region of the Sacred Valley, Peru for your Retreat, you will be required to take a Covid-19 antigen rapid test and sign a Declaration of Health document stating that you are presently in good health.

If you test negative for Covid-19, you will be allowed to stay at the Center and participate in the Retreat.

If you test positive for Covid-19, you will not be allowed to attend the Retreat, and you will instead be relocated to a private room in a nearby lodging facility, where you will be required to quarantine for the remainder of your Retreat. During your quarantine, Casa Galactica will be available 24/7 via phone or walkie talkie, check in on you daily, and ensure that you receive 3 meals each day, as included in the cost of the Retreat. Casa Galactica will also be available to ensure that you have proper medicines and that you have proper transport to a nearby hospital if needed. If you test positive for Covid-19, you will not receive a refund for the cost of the Retreat, and you will be responsible for the additional costs of alternative lodging (approximately $45 per night), any needed medicines or medications, emergency transport to/from the hospital, and any hospital bills. If you must stay in the hospital for a period of time, Casa Galactica will remain in contact with you throughout your stay, coordinate with your emergency contact in your home country, and provide additional support as necessary.

During the Retreat, it will be the responsibility of the Participant to clearly communicate with Casa Galactica and the other Participants about personal preferences or boundaries in regards to wearing a mask, social distancing, hugging and/or physical touch, or any other personal health, safety, and well-being needs. It is also the responsibility of the Participant to respect the expressed personal preferences and boundaries of the other Participants for the duration of the Retreat.

The Participant understands and agrees that upon receiving a negative Covid-19 test result, that mask wearing is not required and social distancing is not enforced during the Retreat. The Participant may choose to wear a mask and social distance at their own discretion.

8. Medical Emergencies

In the case of a non-Covid-19 medical emergency during a Retreat, the Participant will be accompanied by a Casa Galactica representative to a local clinic in Urubamba, or a medical facility or hospital in Cusco for treatment. In the case of a medical emergency related to Covid-19, please refer to section 7, “Covid-19 Policy” above. In the case of any medical emergency, Casa Galactica will immediately notify the Participant´s emergency contact of the medical emergency.

9. Romantic Relationships & Sexual Activity

Casa Galactica practices trauma-informed care and provides trauma-informed support for all Participants during the Retreat. Due to the nature of sexually traumatic memories that can arise for a Participant during ayahuasca ceremony and on Retreat, due to the heightened sensitivity to energy experienced by all Participants during ayahuasca ceremony and on Retreat, and out of respect for survivors of sexual trauma who often experience a lack of personal agency as a result of sexual trauma, Casa Galactica prohibits any/all sexual activity during the Retreat. This includes married and non-married couples and masturbation.

To ensure the integrity of the healing environment, Casa Galactica has a strict code of conduct that specifically prohibits romantic relationships or sexual activity between Participants and Casa Galactica´s employees, apprentices, staff, and volunteers.

Casa Galactica reserves the right to expel any Participant who consensually engages in a romantic relationship or sexual activity with any Casa Galactica employee, apprentice, staff, or volunteer while on Retreat, without prior notice, responsibility for a refund, or providing accommodation outside of the Center.

Casa Galactica reserves the right to terminate employment of any Casa Galactica employee, apprentice, staff, or volunteer who consensually engages in a romantic relationship or sexual activity with any Participant while on Retreat.

10. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

These Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase are effective as of the date stated at the top of these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase. Casa Galactica may change these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase from time to time, and we will notify all Participants of the changes via email when we do so. By participating in our Retreat after we make any such changes to these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Please refer back to these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase on a regular basis.

11. Miscellaneous

Our failure to act on or enforce any provision of these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision in these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase. No waiver shall be effective against Casa Galactica unless made in writing, and no such waiver shall be construed as a waiver in any other or subsequent instance. Except as expressly agreed by us and you in writing, these Retreat Terms & Conditions of Purchase constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter, and supersedes all previous or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter. The section headings are provided merely for convenience and shall not be given any legal import.
